I made 3 extra special wine tags for the Craft Show tomorrow. Two of them are for Mother's Day and the third is for an Anniversary. If more are needed I will take orders for them.
This one is for Mother's Day.
Each tag is 2 3/8 wide by 9 1/2" long. The bottom end is notched.
The top end is scored at 3" and a 1 1/4" circle punch is inserted, centered and punched. This is for the neck of the wine bottle.
The cardstock I used for this tag is Rose Red and it can be decorated any way you like, but for this one I chose a piece of non SU Vellum. I also put a piece of vellum on the top of the tag and punched another 1 1/4 cicle hole in it. I surrounded this by a 1 3/4" scallop circle Rose Red with a 1 1/4" circle in the middle.
The sentiment is from "Sweet Laughter". The word was too large for my tag so I cut it into 3 words and mounted it on a piece of Rose Red with the corners rounded.
The Old Olive leaf was die cut using the Flower Frenzy die, and the 3 flowers made using the Spiral Flower die.
A medium sized butterfly was die cut in black, folded in half and adhered beneath the flowers
I added pearls to the top of the tag and at the lower ends of the banner.
Here are 2 others I made:
For this one I used Sahara Sand carstock, Something Borrowed DSP, Memorable Moments stamp set, Sahara Sand Lace Trim, Silver baker's twine, Scoring Tool to make the Rosettes, silver ink, silver embossing powder and silver dazzling details.
The cardstock here is Marina Mist, with specialty silver vellum, silver cardstock, a rosette flower made using Marina Mist DSP (with a retired Filigree brad in the center), 5/8" satin silver ribbon, dazzling glimmer paper bitty butterflies and labels framelits.

Happy Birthday Using the Lotus Blossom
This card is made as a special request from a staff member of the local hospital where I set up my table every 2 weeks. She wanted a birthday card for her daughter, but could not give me too many specifics as to what she was looking for. So, I put something together, and I hope she will like it.
I started by triple stamping the Lotus flower from the SAB Lotus blossom stamp using the following colours: Melon Mambo, Calypso Coral and Blushing Bride. The flowers were then cut out.
The Memories fun Frame was embossed and cut out, and using the Stamp-a-ma-jig stamped the sentiment in the middle of it, using Melon Mambo ink. This frame was matted with gold foil paper.
The basic card is Coastal Cabana cardstock, layered with Whisper white and then Gold Soiree DSP.
Before adhering the Whisper white and DSP layer to the Coastal Cabana cardstock a piece of 1/4 " Coastal Cabana ribbon (SAB) from the Best Year Ever Accessory Pack was attached near the bottom.
The Memories Fun Frame was adhered near the top of the card, and the lotus blosom flowers added below the frame. Dazzling details was added to the edges of each of the flowers.

Happy 90th Birthday for a Guy
I was at a craft show yesterday - not a good one. You get those every once in a while. But what I did get was a special order to make 2 birthday cards for a gentleman who turns 90 years today. I had to make them in a hurry because they called me last night and need them for noon today.
Here is one of them:
This gentleman is interested in old things and in gold and silver, so I envisioned a vintage card featuring an old map.
I used a basic black cardstock layered with Typeset Specialty DSP which I stamped on with the Gorgeous Grunge stamp and Soft Suede ink. The edges were then distressed and inked with Early Espresso ink.
The World Map stamp was stamped on a piece of Whisper White paper and using a sponge dauber I sponged on Marina Mist where I saw bodies of water, and soft suede and old olive (I stamped off first) for the land. Then the piece was cut into 3 equal pieces, the edges distressed, inked with Early Espresso, and mounted onto basic black card stock-which was torn to match the patterned pieces. They were mounted onto the card slightly overlapping each other.
Hope they like the card.
I'll show you the second card in a separate post.

Star Birthday Cards - a CASE
These cards are a CASE from a CASE I saw on Pinterest. The person that I CASED the card from had CASED the card from the SU catalogue on Page 135. I can't say that I noticed the card in the catalogue before now. I guess I was just too busy looking at everything else. Anyway, when I saw the cards on Pinterest, my interest was piqued, and I just had to make some of these cards. Wendy Cranfield made an excellent video on You Tube here and I followed her instructions to make these cards. Obviously you will also need the Star Framelits.
These are the 3 I made using the Star Framelits. They were actually very easy to make.
The base card here is Strawberry Slush, with All Abloom DSP as well as Silver Glimmer paper.
The sentiment is from Memorable Moments, and I used Itty Bitty framelits to die cut them. Since I didn't have any buttons that matched the card stock, I used Bitty Buttons with a piece of Strawberry Slush punched with an Itty Bitty flower punchie under neath it.
The lighting in this picture is not the greatest, but I wanted to show you how the card opened to become a stand alone card.,
Here the base card is Daffodil Delight with the top layer embossed with the Decorative Dots embossing folder.
Island Indigo is used as the base here. also, I put the sentiment on the opposite side of the front of the card (mainly because I die cut it backwards)

Happy 93rd Birthday
I haven't posted for a while as Craft fairs have kept me very busy. I started marking decade specific birthday and anniversary cards and they have been very popular. Here I am 2 weeks away from the end of one of my Craft fairs and I am almost out of Anniversary cards and age specific birthday cards. I am even getting requests for special birthday cards. The one I am posting today is for a lady who is turning 93 years young.
I started by die cutting a white labels die and then embossed the ovals embossing folder in the middle of that. Using the stamp-a-ma-jig and the Memorable Moments stamp set the age was stamped just slightly off center in the die cut. A larger Wisteria Wonder Labels framelit die cut was made as a mat for the white framelit.
The flowers were stamped and then punched using the coordinating punch. The leaves were from the Bird Builder punch.
Stamps: Mixed Bunch, Memorable Moments,Remembering Your Birthday
Inks: Wisteria Wonder, Blushing Bride
Papers: Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White, Old Olive
Accessories: Brocade embossing folder, Labels framelit, Oval embossing folder, Mixed Bunch coordinating punch, Bird Builder punch, large pearls, medium pearl.

Happy 80th Birthday
I've been doing a number of craft fairs lately, and one item that people ask for the most is age-specific birthday cards. So, I have been spending some time making birthday cards for the decades only - for now. This one is for the 80th birthday.
The stamp set I used is the Sweetbriar Rose which I coloured using the blendabilities. The image was die cut using the Oval Framelits, the edges of which were pierced with the paper piercing template and paper piercer and then sponged with Tempting Turquoise ink. Some dazzling details was applied to the edges of the flowers.
Stamps: Sweetbriar Rose, Memorable Moments
Inks: Black Memento, Blendabilities (Coastal Cabana, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight), Tempting Turquoise
Papers: Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise designer paper
Accessories: Oval Framelits, 1 1/4" circle punch, 1 5/8" circle punch, rhinestones (coloured with Coastal Cabana blendabilities), 1/8" silver ribbon, Dazzling details, dimensionals
