Snow Place Merry Christmas Shaker card

Another hot, dry day in Southern Ontario.  I cannot remember a summer that has had so little rain.  But these are ideal  conditions  to work in an air conditioned craft room and make cards or other 3D projects.
Last night I made this Christmas shaker card featuring the snowmen from "Snow Place".  I used masking to place the big snowman behind the little one.

I prepared the front of the card as usual, placing 2 patterns of  Christmas Paper DSP on top of Whisper White cardstock.  Then I die cut an oval opening using the layering ovals framelits. Turning this paper over, a window sheet was glued over the opening. Strips of narrow foam tape were adhered around the opening, and the top and sides of the paper.  Sequins, & silver glimmer punchies were piled in the middle of the window sheet.

On a separate piece of Whisper White, the images were stamped and coloured and then turned over and adhered to the shaker element.

Here's a close up of the shaker element.  A wooden snowflake embellishment(retired) was added to the upper left  and the sentiment on the lower bottom.

Supplies Used:
Stamps Snow Place
Inks: Black Memento, Smokey Slate, Real Red, pumpkin pie marker
Papers: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, This Christmas DSP
Accessories: Layering Oval framelits, silver sequins, dazzling diamonds glimmer paper stars, window sheet, wood snowflake embellishment (retired),
