Not everyone is celebrating Christmas in a cold climate, so this card if for all of you (oh I am so envious!!) who are celebrating this occasion in a warm climate. I thought this stamp set, with a few additions was perfect for the occasion - and could be a children's card as well.
To make this stamp into a Christmas card, I used the stamp set Jolly Bingo bits to put a cardinal on the wagon, a Santa hat on the little girl, and a Christmas present next to the sentiment. I also colored the boy's shirt red, and the girl's dress green (with fur on her collar). I used white liquid applique (non SU) on the girl's collar and on the Santa hat; dazzling diamonds on the christmas present. To make the wagon look like metal, I applied Crystal Effects.
Stamp: Life Shared, Jolly Bingo bits
Inks: Black Stazon, Watercolor pencils, Real Red, Gumball Green
Papers: Real Red, Whisper White, Playground DSP, Silver glitter paper
Accessories: Snowflake flurry die, Polka dot folder, Scallop border punch, dazzling diamonds, Crystal Effects, Liquid applique (non SU), Dimensionals, glue dot, odorless mineral spirits (non SU) to blend the colors.
