The basic card is Marina Mist card stock. The next layer is double embossed using the starburst embossing folder and Iridescent Ice embossing powder.
The focal image was stamped with Versa Mark and embossed with white embossing powder. After heat setting, Marina Mist ink was sponged over the entire surface. With a paper towel, the ink over the snowflakes were wiped off and a silver glimmer brad was placed in the center.
These focal images were matted with Silver Glimmer paper and attached to the double embossed Whisper White card stock using dimensionals.
The small snowflakes were die cut using the new Snowflake die. A 1/2" circle of Marina Mist and then a tiny silver glimmer paper was placed in the center of each snowflake. The tiny silver glimmer
circle was made using the eyes of the Owl builder punch.
Stamps: Snowflake Soiree, Teeny tiny wishes
Inks: Versa Mark, Marina Mist
Accessories: White embossing powder, Iridescent Ice embossing powder, Corner rounder punch, Word Window punch, Snowflake die, Starburst embossing folder, Silver glimmer brad, dimensionals, Owl Builder punch, 1/2" circle punch

I adore these colors for a Christmas card! The embossed background is the perfect base to showcase the beautiful elements of your card. Somebody is going to be very pleased when they open an envelope and find this gem inside!
