Halloween Costume - Create with Connie & Mary Color challenge 165

I had made this little ballerina dress before, and thought - why not make a Halloween costume?  So I used the color challenge with Create with Connie & Mary here to make this costume.  I think a little girl would love to wear this Trick or Treating - as long as it isn't too cold - but then a lot of Halloween activities are indoors now.

Stamps: Wicked Cool, Dark & Dreary
Inks: Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie
Papers: Rich Razzelberry, Lucky Limeade, Vellum, Whisper White
Accessories: Tab punch, 1" circle punch, Flower builder punch, Spider web embossing folder, 1 3/4 by 3/4' oval punch, Modern word label punch, rhinestones, 1/8" pumpking pie taffeta ribbon, Tulip edge embossing folder.
