Note Cards Using Timeless Elegance DSP

I got the idea of making these note cards after watching some videos made by Frenchie, so these note cards are a partial case of her cards.
One 12 by 12 sheet of Timeless Elegance DSP (with the roses on it) was cut into 10 pieces that would fit on note cards.  Again Frenchie shared this information.
The roses on the DSP were coloured with lighter shade of markers - So Saffron, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Wisteria Wonder, Pink Pirouette, etc.

After colouring the roses, the DSP was matted with Basic Black cardstock, some black ribbon was attached and it was then adhered to the note card base.

Here is a close up of one of the coloured roses.

Using the Envelope punch board, a box was made to fit 5 cards and envelopes. I used the heavier Kraft paper. After cutting the DSP into 10 pieces, there was one square left.  This I place on the top of the box for the cards, colored the rose on it, & adhered it to a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.  A 5/8" Black satin ribbon wrapped around the box keeps it closed.
