Blended Bloom - Technostamper #315

Thought I would use one of the stamps from the new catalogue , coloured with the new blendability pens.  I just love these colouring pens!!  I must admit it was a little hard on my healing hand which still can not function as normal.

It's a Celebration - Braided Card Technique

I have never done this particular technique before, but when I saw Brandy Cox demonstrate the braided technique on her video (here), I was hooked!  I just had to try it. Fortunately she put a template on her blog which can be downloaded which makes doing this technique so much easier.

This is one of the new stamp sets in the new Catalogue coming out in June.  The image is coloured with the blendabilities markers casing the colouring from the Stampin' Success magazine (May issue)

Thinking of You -Sketch Frenzy Friday

My blendabilities arrived yesterday and I was anxious to try them out.  The sketch with Sketch Frenzy Friday here provided the perfect background for the stamp set I had in mind.

I used the Daffodil Delight set of blendabilities, with the Skin Tone (bronze) in the middle of the large flower.  The small flowers were stamped with Island Indigo ink and punched with the coordinating punch.  The rhinestones in the center were coloured using the Tangerine Tango blendability pen.
