I saw this card on Pinterest here and knew that I wanted to make it. The author , in her blog, provides written instructions as well as video directions on how to make this fold.
This is the card I made following her directions. I did add a second bird, using the reflection technique,

Inks: Black Memento, Basic Gray, Early Espresso, Watercolor pencils, Stampin Blends (Basic Gray, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie)
Papers: Basic White, Garden Green
Accessories: Nested Friends dies, Dimensionals, Pearlized enamel effects (white) on eggs. Layering circle die
