Well it doesn’t really light up yet it does. Place a flameless candle inside and the light shines through the vellum windows
I purchased the svg ( pattern)for this structure from Dreamland and used my Brother Scan n Cut to cut out all the pieces.
I used mainly Stampin Up card stock and DSP, inks and embossing folders to complete this project.
It took me over 10 hours.
And yes the vane’s move.
