For the Horizontal Sketch Challenge #398 with Paper Craft Crew Challenge I pulled out the Coming Home stamp set and coordinating Home Together dies. This set also has some wonderful coordinating DSP. All the images used on this card could have been die cut from the DSP so if you don't like to colour this is a perfect DSP and coodinating dies for you.
However, I like to colour, so I opted to use the stamp set and colour the images with my Stampin' blends.
The images were stamped and coloured on a separate piece of Whisper White card stock (with the exception of the wreath which was die cut from the DSP), and then die cut with the coordinating dies.
They were added to a strip of the coordinating DSP which has snowflakes in the background. This had been die cut with the landscape die included with the die set.
All were added to the card front using dimensionals - except the car (I coloured it yellow because that was the colour of the Volkswagen beetle I owned (way back when).
The sentiment was cut from the DSP using scissors. This DSP page is covered with sentiments in different languages. It was added to a strip of foam glitter paper and added below the house with dimensionals.
To finish the card front, I added some tiny snowflake embellishments to the sky and roof of the house.
The finished card front was adhered to some Real Red cardstock and then to a Night of Navy card base.
Supplies Used:
Stamp: Coming Home

Papers: Night of Navy, Real Red, Whisper White, Trimming the Town DSP
