Altered Mini Shipping Box - Thank you note holder

After making a pop up birthday card from one of these boxes, I scoured Pinterest for other ideas on what to do with these boxes.  I came across a couple of posts describing how to alter these boxes into note holders here and here . I used the ideas of both of them and this is what I came up with.
