A Wonderful Moment to Celebrate - Paper Players #400

There are many moments in life to celebrate, and none so momentous as the expectant arrival of a little one.  So for the "celebration" theme with Paper Players # 400 I chose to use focus on this special event.

Because the trend today is to not want to know the gender of the baby prior to its birth, the color scheme I used reflected that - using pale pinks, blues, and sea foam green.  The Twinkle, Twinkle DSP was a perfect fit for the theme.

On a Powder pink card base, a Whisper White layer embossed with the Tufted Embossing Folder was layered.
A strip of the Twinkle, Twinkle DSP was matted with the Soft Sea Foam card stock and adhered to the left side.  A piece of  3/8" Powder Pink mini ruffled ribbon was attached to the edge of this panel.

The image was coloured with ink pads and a blender pen and then die cut with the stitched oval framelit.  A second stitched oval framelit was die cut in Soft Sea Green card stock and attached to the art piece off set to the left.

The coloured balloons were fussy cut and added behind the art piece.

The flower was made using the Four Petal Flower Punch.  Selecting only the white beads from the Tranquil Texture Sprinkles mixture, I added them to the center of the flower. See the tutorial on my blog here on how to make the flower.
