Z-Fold Gard Girl Easter Card

Easter is fast approaching and the cute little girl from "Garden Girl" makes a wonderful Easter card, especially as a Z-fold card.

A 4 1/4 by 11 piece of Pool Party cardstock was scored at 5 1/2 and 2 3/4 for form a Z-fold card.  Another strip of Pool Party 1 1/4 by 11" was also scored at 5 1/2 by 2 3/4".  This was added later to the bottom of the card.

The image of the girl was coloured with Stampin' Blendabilities cut out, and adhered to a Whisper White oval die cut smaller than the image.  This was added to some DSP which was adhered to the front of the Z-fold card.

After adhering another pattern from the Naturally Eclectic DSP to the card front, I added the 1 1/4" Pool Party strip.  But before doing so I stamped  the image of the fence 4 times, coloured the with Watercolor pencils and Stampin' Blendabilities, cut around them and adhered them to this strip.  After they were  adhered, I stamped some grass in Old Olive.  Then I stamped 2 birds, coloured the yellow, cut them out and added them to the top of the fence with dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped in Black Memento, punched with the Pretty Label punch and added with dimensionals to a Green Glimmer banner.  I added a rabbit that looked like he was eyeing the flower garden.

The flower garden and butterfly were stamped on the middle front half and coloured with blendabilities.  Some glitter was added to the flower centers and the butterfly.

The Happy Easter sentiment is from "For Peep's Sake" (retired)
