Pretty Kitty in a Flower Pot

Can you tell I'm a cat person?
Here's another card made using the Pretty Kitty stamp set.

  • The image was coloured with a blender pen and ink pads.  To make the flower pot look more realistic, I applied versa mark with a pen and embossed with clear embossing powder. Clear Wink of Stella was applied to the flower, the nose and eyes of the kitty.
  • Layering circle framelits were used to die cut the image, and the image matt.  The two were adhered to one another using dimensionals.
  • The base card of Sahara Sand is layered with Whisper white which was embossed with the sparkle embossing folder.  In the top half some retired DSP (Cherry on Top) was attached, and a piece of 1/2" Very Vanilla lace trim applied along the seam.
  • The sentiment was punched out using the Ticket builder punch.
