This is a case from the Occasions Catalogue Pg. 18. Isn't it amazing that you can look at a catalogue millions of times and not see everything. This particular example I had not noticed until I just happened to look down.
This catalogue has a lot of wonderful examples of cards, 3D items etc featuring the stamps available.
This item featured a sketched dots Tag n' Bag, a package of which I had received not long ago, and wasn't sure what to do with. So, I cased this one.
I stamped the rose first with Versa Mark and then Calypso Coral, added clear embossing powder and heat set.
Then both leaves were stamped with Versa Mark and Old Olive, clear embossing powder was added and they were heat set.
Using an Aqua painter and ink pads (Calypso Coral, Melon Mambo , Pink Pirouette - for the Rose) and Old Olive and Mossy Meadow for the leaves the images were coloured. Then I cut them out.
In the meantime, I prepared the background.
I cut a piece of Night of Navy cardstock 5 by 3" and notched the bottom. The sentiment "Happy Birthday" was embossed with white embossing powder at the top.
Then a 5 1/2 ny 1" piece of Pretty Petals DSP was adhered slightly behind and above the Night of Navy tag.
The Rose and leaves were adhered to the Night of Navy tag using dimensionals, and then I applied some Wink of Stella clear glitter.
To attach the tag to the bag, I folded the top down slightly, and used a small clothes pin to hold the tag in place. A piece of Very Vanilla/silver Baker's twine was tied around the clothes pin and made into a bow.
