The Twelve Weeks of Christmas

Christmas is just 12 weeks away, and I'm sure you're getting anxious to get ideas for Christmas cards.
As a special gift to you I will be posting 2 cards every day for the next 12 weeks - some might not even be cards.

Holiday Home for Christmas:

What a neat stamp set!  The Holiday Home set has so many little stamps that allow you to create some different landscapes for so many different occasions. Today's card is a Christmas one.

I'm not sure what happened to the colour!  The snow is pink!  Really, in real life this card has white snow.
After colouring the house with blendabilities and die cutting it with the coordinating framelits, the sky was created.  First I sponged with Marina Mist, followed by Pacific Point. Then I stamped snowflakes all over the sky (using Whisper White ink). After attaching the house, the trees and light pole were stamped in.
The snow was created by tearing two pieces of Whisper White cardstock, and covering them with Dazzling diamonds.  They were then layered together near the top to create a snowbank effect.

Stamps: Holiday Home, More Merry Messages
Inks: Memento, Blendabilities, Basic Black, Marina Mist, Pacific Point, Whisper white
Papers: Pacific Point, Whisper White, Silver Foil, Silver glimmer
Accessories: Holiday Home framelit, Project Life framelit, Dazzling diamonds, Small star punch
