Happy St. Patrick's Day - Challenge 212 LNS

March 17, St. Patrick's Day is creeping up on us very fast.  Perhaps you don't make St. Patrick's Day cards, but in this community there is a very strong Irish presence, so St. Paddy's day cards are very popular here.  The Irish were one of the first settlers in this area, commissioned by the government of Upper Canada (now Ontario), to settle in the Peterborough Area -after Ireland was decimated by the potatoe famine. To the west and south of us is a small community called Douro, and another called Monaghan.  Many of our street names have also have an Irish origin. We even have a St. Patrick's Day parade to celebrate all things Irish.
Join us with the LNS group in making a St. Patrick's card today and celebrate green - for challenge 112.
Challenge your imagination!! Make something green
Here is my card:

The Perfectly Preserved stamp set and its coordinating framelit has proven very versatile and one can fill the jar with almost anything for any season.  Today I chose to fill it with shamrocks.
