Split Negative Technique - Valentine's Day Card

I always wanted to do the split negative technique, and when I saw this card in Pinterest it provided me with the perfect opportunity to CASE it. It's a bit of a different version from what I have normally seen, like the tutorial on SCS here but I really liked it.

I found the instructions here and they were fairly easy to follow

Stamp: Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Real Red
Paper: Real Red, Whisper White, Red Glimmer paper
Accessories: Elegant lines embossing folder, Full heart punch, Small heart punch, heart from Owl punch, Word Label Punch, Modern Word Label Punch, Lines folder.
