Shaker Ornament - Sketch Frenzy Friday

Hope this Friday is finding you well.  It's time for the blog hop with Sketch Frenzy Friday.  Try to join us if you can.
Today's sketch is by Jennifer Weide:

09/14/12 Jennifer

Technique:
An Ornament Keepsake ornament was stamped twice on Whisper White card stock, using Raspberry Ripple ink.  One of the ornaments was die cut using the coordinating Ornament framelit.  A 1 3/4" hole was punched in the middle of this die cut ornament, a window sheet applied and then a shaker frame of the appropriate size.  I put some white glittery crystals in a small pile on top of the second stamped image , the protective covering was removed from the shaker frame and the unit placed very carefully over the stamped image.  Walla - a shaker ornament.

Stamp:  Ornament Keepsakes, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Inks: Raspberry Ripple, Basic Black
Papers: Raspberry Ripple, Whisper White, Snow Festival Designer Paper
Accessories: Ornament framelits, Shaker frames, Medium Window Sheet, Mat pack & Paper piercer, Cherry cobbler baker's twine, White glittery crystals (Unknown)

Now its time for you to create something using Jennifer's sketch.  When done, upload it to the SFF homepage here
Then take some time and visit the blogs of the other designers, and leave them some comments.
Your next stop is Patrice's blog http://mylittlepatchofdirt.blogspot.com

Stay well, and I'll see you next Friday

Great idea to make a shaker ornament! I haven't done one of these in quite a while! Love the colors you used, too! The piercing really frames it all nicely!
