This week, the project with Hand Stamped Sentiments here is to use the crayon emboss resist technique in making a card/project.
This is the video tutorial given by the site is here
Technique:
The base card is Marina Mist matted with Whisper White card stock. The next layer is the crayon resist emboss using the chevron folder, white crayon, and Marina Mist ink. As mentioned I used the tutorial outlined in the video above.
The focal image was stamped with Black Stazon, and colored with SU markers. Dazzling details was applied to the snowmen and the snow to give it some sparkling bling.
The sentiment is from More Merry Messages and die cut using the Labels framelit.
Stamps: Frosty Friends, More Merry Messages
Inks: Black Stazon, SU markers, Island Indigo, Marina Mist
Papers: Marina Mist, Whisper White, Festival of Prints designer paper
Accessories: Chevron folder, white crayon (non SU), Label Framelit, 1/4" white stitched grosgrian ribbon, dazzling details, dazzling diamonds, dimensionals
