Evergreen Christmas - Unscripted Sketches #167

This was a difficult challenge for me, and I wasn't 100% true to the sketch at Unscripted Sketches 167 here

The tree was embossed with Wild Wasabi embossing powder and colored with a Gumball green marker and a blender pen. Dazzling diamonds on the tree make the snow effect.
I didn't have room to put the 3 stars in a row so I put them in 2 layers.

Stamp: Evergreen
Inks: Versa Mark, Early Espresso, Gumball green marker
Papers: Real red, Very Vanilla, Candlelight Christmas designer paper,
Accessories: Stars die, 1/4" Real Red grosgrain ribbon, dazzling diamonds, blender pen, dimensionals, Wild Wasabi embossing powder

This is beautiful! The three stars look amazing where you have placed them. It almost resembles a country quilt! You did a fabulous job interpreting the sketch...remember, the sketch is a starting point only and any/all deviations are welcome. We will call it exercising our creative options! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely card with us this week at Unscripted Sketches. PS Don't you just love the new Gumball Green!

It's so nice to see others making Christmas in the heat of the summer! I love your embossed tree - with tinsel shimmer. Clever that you split the image to make it work for the sketch. Unscripted Sketches is all about taking the sketch and making it your own - great job!!! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Unscripted Sketches. Please be sure to link this up on Sunday for Unscripted Sketches Holiday Bazaar :)
