Ornament Keepsake Merry Christmas - Try Stampin' on Tuesday

I'm hiding down the basement as it's hot and humid outside.  The temperature feels like it's 40 degrees (C) - a bit of a shock after all the cool weather we've been having.  Doesn't make one feel like making Christmas cards, but that is what I'm doing.

This card is for the sketch challenge with Try Stampin' on Tuesday here

Technique: The ornament was stamped 3 times using Cherry Cobbler ink onto Whisper White card stock.  They were die cut using the Holiday Ornaments framelits.  Each ornament was folded in half with the pattern to the inside.  Then the halves were glued together to create this 3D ornament that lies flat for mailing.
I stamped 3 smaller ornaments on the background, by stamping off prior to stamping on the image panel.

Stamps: Ornament Keepsake, Christmas Greetings
Inks: Cherry Cobbler
Papers: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Season of Style DSP
Accessories: Holiday Ornaments framelits, 3/8" white taffeta ribbon, 1/8" silver taffeta ribbon, dazzling diamonds, white Baker's twine, dimensionals.

Ornament Keepsake Christmas - Challenge 191 LNS

The challenge this week with the Late Night Stampers group is "Dots and Stripes" i.e. create a card, scrapbook page, 3D project or anything else that incorporates dots and stripes.
This is my card:
Technique:
The base card is Old Olive matted with Very Vanilla.  The striped designer paper is from the Merry Moments Simply Scrappin' kit.
The ornaments were stamped with Raspberry Ripple, and then die cut with the Ornament collection framelit.  Each ornament was then covered with Versa Mark, heat and stick powder applied and after heating with an embossing tool, they were covered with dazzling diamonds and heat set.  The Ornaments have dots on them.
A piece of White Baker's twine was attached to the back top of  each ornament with a glue dot and the string attached to the back of a Very Vanilla panel embossed with a polka dot folder. The ornaments were attached with dimensionals at different levels, slightly overlapping each other.  A small ribbon of 1/8" Old Olive taffeta ribbon was attached to the top of each ornament.
This panel was matted with Old Olive card stock.
A piece of scalloped dotted Old Olive ribbon was attached on the lower 1/3 of the designer paper.  The panel was then attached to the front of the card using dimensionals.

Accessories: Polka dot embossing folder, Holiday Collection framelits, 1/8" Old Olive taffeta ribbon,1/2" scalloped dotted Old Olive ribbon, 1 3/4 by 7/8" oval punch, heat and stick powder, dazzling diamonds

Ornament Card - Paper Crew Craft Challenge #3

I am very sad today.  In the middle of making this card I had to take my cat to the Vet as he had been ill for 3 days.  I just got back and the outcome was not good.  I am going to miss him.  We had a good 10 years together.

This card is for the third challenge with Paper Crew Craft here
I found this sketch  a little challenging, but I love challenges and I quite like the way the card turned out.

The image was stamped 3 times using Real Red ink and die cut using the coordinating framelit.  The resulting ornament is 3D, but lies flat for mailing.(See middle image)
