Butterflies Have Layers

There are two sets of Butterfly Beautiful thinlets that layer on top of each other creating a wonderful 3D look.

On the last 2 posts I used only 1 layer and I used the entire thinlet.  See the post  here and here

For this card, I layer the 2 butterfly thinlets together and I use only the bottom 3 butterflies.

Any number of colour combinations can be used for these layers but I chose to use Basic Black and Daffodil Delight.

Tip:  Because of the fine detail in these thinlets, I die cut them using the Sizzix adhesive sheets. This converts the die cuts to 'stickers' .

The base card is Daffodil Delight layered with Whisper White.  Some Melon Mambo is stamped near the center to provide some interest.

Layer one of the Butterfly Beautiful thinlets is die cut in Daffodil Delight and is adhered to the Whisper White layer.

The second layer is die cut in Basic Black card stock and is adhered directly on top of the Daffodil Delight layer.
