The hat is Garden Green, the top of the hat and hat band are Basic black, and the buckle Gold Glimmer paper. I made the shamrock out of green glimmer paper and the small heart punch.
I made 2 of the hats, with an insert in between to hold the candy.

St. Patrick's Day Hat Treat Holder
This treat holder I had to make by hand, so the first one was a bit labor intensive and trial and error. But the next few went faster.
The hat is Garden Green, the top of the hat and hat band are Basic black, and the buckle Gold Glimmer paper. I made the shamrock out of green glimmer paper and the small heart punch.
I made 2 of the hats, with an insert in between to hold the candy.
You can see the insert in the bottom. Also, I put a piece of sticky tape along the bottom of this insert to prevent the treat bag from falling out.
