Rain Boot - Sketch Frenzy Friday

This is an "I wish" card!  I wish it were spring, and I wish the rain was spring rain rather than snow.  See, I'm already tired of the snow.
For the sketch challenge with Sketch Frenzy Friday here I thought I would make a spring card.

To color the clouds on the boots I used the coloured crystal effects technique.  One drop of Baja breeze reinker was added to a small amount of crystal effects and applied to the clouds on the boots with a small paint brush.

For the sole of the boot, some basic black reinker was added to the Crystal Effects and painted on with a paint brush.

Note:  Let dry for 30 minutes.
