Fall usually comes before Christmas, but....

This card, using the stamp set:  Autumn Splendor" was inspired by Andrea Walford, a person I admire very much. Autumn Spendor (116503) is in the mini catalogue, and is only available until Jan. 4, 2010. The designer paper "Autumn Meadows (116769)
The leaves were stamped with the Encore gold ink pad (101017), then embossed with gold embossing powder, and painted with reinkers (not quite navy, real read and mustard) using the drop ink technique.  After they were dry, I cut them out and mounted them on a strip of chocolate cardstock. I just love it. Order through my online store http://mvanderform.stampinup.net

The next card I got from Tammy White's blog, and I loved it so much I had to recreate it.  This leaf was stamped with basic brown ink (104315 ) on shimmer white cardstock (101849).  The designer paper "Autumn Meadows" (116769) is in the Mini Catalogue and again, only available until Jan. 4 2010.
The same techniqe was used as above.  I love the way the button is attached.

Finally, a card made using "Autumn Days" (115452)-inspired by Glenda Mollett. It is in the "Idea Book & Catalogue 2009-2010). The designer paper  "Autumn Traditions" is in the main catalogue.
Fall always makes me sad as I know what is coming.  I won't mention the "S" word.
After I made these cards I went out a raked leaves, a job I've been avoiding for days.  Now my yard looks so bare! But, a dreaded job is done.
