Looking out my kitchen window tonight I was awe stricken by the size and.brightness of the full moon.
It was inspired to make the following scene scape. I used the Rooted in Nature stamp and Snowfront Stamp sets stamped on Shimmer White cardstock
The trees were stamped with Mossy Meadow ink and stamped off to create the illusion of trees in the distance. Basic gray ink sponged lightly under the trees created shadows and grounding the tree and Extensions of the shadows created snow banks.
Under the trees to the left, two deer gaze peacefully at the scene, while a cardinal is perched on a tree top.
The sky is dominated by that large moon. Masking protected it while the sky is sponged with So Saffron, Melon Mambo, Pool Party, Pacific Point and Night of Navy ink. Once the mask is removed, So Saffron ink is applied to the moon with a sponge dauber And someNight of Navy is dragged across its surface
To finish the scene some dazzling diamonds was added to the foreground to mimic snow. Some stars are added to the sky with white acrylic paint and a toothpic
