Open Book Easel Card - a CASE

I just finished watching a video by Tina Zinck, a Canadian demonstrator in Nova Scotia.  Her tutorial on how to make an Open Book Easel card here was so exciting I had to make some of my own. I started making one, and a Tina indicated, making them is very addicting, and I ended up making 3.

For the first one I used the retired SAB Golden Honey DSP with Basic Black Card stock.  The dimensions for the various pieces of DSP and card stock will be below the picture.

Here's another one using the Peaceful Poppies DSP and Poppy Parade card stock.  I think this is my favourite.

Supplies:
Card stock 4 1/4 by 5 1/2"  Fold front half back on itself to form easel
Card stock 5 1/8 by 7/8"
DSP 4 7/8 by 5/8"  Add to 5 1/8 by 7/8" piece of card stock

DSP 5 1/8 by 1 7/8" (2 pieces) - adhere to card base

Book:
Layer 1:
Whisper White 5 1/8 by 3 7/8"
DSP 4 7/8 by 3 5/8"

Layer 2:
