The one I chose to play with is the new Gusto crystal powders. Expose these powders to water and amazing things happen. There were 2 tutorials that I came across that were particularly helpful. One was by Splitcoaststampers here and the other here. There are many other tutorials available on Pinterest that are also helpful.
On watercolor paper I embossed the image of the rose from the stamp set "Beautiful Day" which will not be available until Jan. 3, 2018, with white embossing powder.
After adding different colours of Gusto onto the paper, I spritzed water over the surface and watched the colours blend. Fascinating really.
After letting the watercolor paper dry naturally (I found using the heat tool lightened the brilliance of the colors) I cut the flower out and added it to an embossed piece of Whisper White card stock.
This was matted with Island Indigo card stock with a strip of gold foil paper punched with the ticket punch added to the bottom edge.
The sentiment, embossed in gold on Whisper white was also matted with Island Indigo with a strip of punched gold foil on the bottom,
Both were added to an embossed layer of Whisper White, layered with gold foil and then adhered to an Island indigo card front.
Some sequins left over from December's Paper Pumpkin kit were adhered randomly on the front.

Stamp: Beautiful Day
