Little Moments Matter - Try Stampin' on Tuesday #324

The challenge this week with Try Stampin' on Tuesday, as well as a sketch challenge, is also a theme challenge - to use  shades of one color.

I used various shades of mauve/purple, The sketch is courtesy of Kaylin.

The base card is Wisteria Wonder, layered with Whisper White embossed with the Fluttering Wings  embossing folder. The  edges of this embossed piece were sponged with Wisteria Wonder ink.

A fancy scalloped circle with tiny flowers around the edge was die cut and adhered to the lower  half of the card front.

On top of that I adhered a 1" strip of  Wisteria Wonder DSP, followed by a 1/2" piece of Perfect Plum card stock.

The butterfly was made using triple stamping using the "Watercolor Wings" stamp set - using  the following  colors:  Wisteria Wonder, Perfect Plum and Elegant Eggplant. This stamped butterfly was die cut using the "Bold Butterfly Framelit".  The same size butterfly was die cut with Perfect Plum cardstock using the "Butterfly Thinlet" die and adhered to the stamped die-cut butterfly in the center of the butterfly only.

This butterfly unit was adhered to a Whisper White scallop circle, which was adhered to a Perfect Plum circle.  A dimensional was used to  adhere the circles to the middle of the die cut scallop circle.

Supplies Used:
Stamp: Watercolor Wings
Inks: Wisteria Wonder, Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant
Papers: Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White, Perfect Plum, Wisteria Wonder DSP
Accessories Fluttering Wings Embossing Folder, Bold Butterfly Framelit, Butterfly Thinlets, dimensionals.

Now it's your turn to create something using Kaylin's sketch and you have 2 weeks to do so.  When you are finished, upload it to the Try Stampin' on Tuesday blog or Facebook Site.  I am looking forward to your creations.
