The Night of Navy top fold card is layered with Whisper White card stock which becomes the Art Piece.
I adhered a curvy piece of retiring "Affectionately Yours DSP" at the bottom and stamped the sentiment from a retiring stamp set "Grateful Bunch" just above the DSP on the left.
On the negative space above the DSP I stamped the stem and leaves from the same stamp set in Black Memento and left it uncoloured.
On a separate piece of Whisper White the large flower was stamped and colored with ink pads and an aqua painter. After fussy cutting it, I attached it to the card front with a hand made pop-up.
How was the pop-up made?
A one inch by 4" piece of Whisper White cardstock was scored every 1/2" and then fan folded. I only needed 3 folds, so trimmed the excess off . One end is adhered to the flower; the other end to the card front, popping the flower up. This pop up lies flat for card mailing.
Because there is copper in the DSP, I added copper glitter along the boundary of the DSP and in the center of the flower. The copper glitter was made by adding copper powder with dazzling details
