Calla Lily Easter Card

I made some Calla Lilies for this Easter card using the Balloon Builder punch - strange as it might seem.
The centers were made my adding tape to about 2"
of a strip of Whisper White and snipping this piece up to the tape.  The tips were coloured with a daffodil delight marker after which this strip was cut into 3 pieces and rolled up.
The leaves were hand cut.

Here's how the Lilies were formed:

Above are the modifications I made to the balloon punchie, and how the stamen was made.

Each flower was "cupped" using a stylus.

and the edges turned in.  The tip was folded back.

I twisted the strip of stamens before adding it to the lily petal.  This was added to the lily petal with some glue and then floral tap was wrapped around the flower.

Three petals were wrapped together with a 1/4" very vanilla silk ribbon, and then adhered to a stitched oval framelit.

Here is another Easter card, but the Calla Lily is made using the Festive Builder punch. A tooth pick, with one end covered with a piece of Daffodil Delight card stock, was the stamen.

Which do you like better?
