Bunch of Blossoms Thank You - SUO Challenge #153

The challenge this week with SUO challenges is to use the colours black and white and then add a pop of colour.  Using Daffodil Delight with black was a perfect "pop" of colour.

Using the stamp set "Bunch of Blossoms" three step stamping was done to create the blossom of the flower.  The colours used:  Daffodil Delight, Crushed Currry, with details stamped with Black Memento.  These were punched out with the Blossom Builder Punch and then built into a flower. An extra petal was made.

The stem and leaves were stamped with Black Memento onto Whisper White and  hand cut.

The completed flower was attached to the top of the stem which was adhered to a Basic Black background.  Both leaves were then attached. The extra petal was used to create the illusion of a petal falling off the flower.

The sentiment was stamped onto Whisper White piece of cardstock which was matted with Daffodil Delight.

Base card is Basic Black, layered with Basic Black DSP.

Supplies Used:
Stamp: Bunch of Blossoms
Ink: Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Black Memento
Paper:  Basic Black, Basic Black DSP, Whisper  White
