3D Designer Paper Star (with tutorial)

I saw this on Pinterest, and I liked it so much I made a couple of them.  I intend to make more.
Two of these these 3D Designer Paper Stars  can by made from one 12 by 12" piece of DSP, and can be made for any occasion - birthday, baby, anniversary, graduation, etc.  Just chance the colour of the paper.

As you can see, I took the picture outside.  The weather has been so beautiful this week, I've tried to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
