Flower Pot Card

The end of this calendar year is arriving very fast and many products are retiring.  So, for the next week I'm going to make a card featuring some retired products.

 Tonight I made a  Flower Pot card using the tutorial from splitcoaststampers

The base for the flower pot card is Baked Brown sugar cardstock, which was decorated with Park Lane DSP on the front.  Natural 5/8" Chevron ribbon tied around the top of the card keeps it closed.

Three flowers from the stamp set "Mixed Bunch" are stamped using Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantalope, and Coastal Cabana inks.  They are punched using the coordinating punch, the Blossom Petal Punch.  The center of each flower  stamped with Hello Honey ink,are punched with the 3/4" circle punch and adhered to the flower using a dimensional.  A clay button is also adhered to each of the flower centers.


The flowers are adhered to the top of the card which slides into the flower pot at the back.
