Uses of the Paper Fringe Scissors

In this week's class I am focusing on different uses of the Paper Frlnge Scissors - from toppers on pencils, to a decorative element on the bottom of tags, to making flowers for cards. Much of this information was obtained from searching the internet and casing other demonstrators work. Below is a picture of the 3 items that will be make by the class.
