Another Great Year - Technostamper 297

I think we`re experiencing our January thaw.  Since Saturday the temperature has been 6 degrees - in some places higher.  All the snow and ice we have has been melting, but because the storm drains are covered up with snow banks there are giant puddles all over the place.  In other words, its a mess out there!  Tomorrow its supposed to get colder again - and those puddles will freeze.
Today`s card is another birthday card, using the sketch with the Technostamper here

The base card is Coastal Cabana card stock layered with Very Vanilla.  The large banner is Retro Fresh Designer paper.

At the top of the card is a piece of Tangerine Tango upon which the sentiment is stamped.  Two cupcakes stamped on a separate piece of Whisper White cardstock and coloured with SU markers were cut out and adhered on either side of the sentiment.  I punched two hearts out of red glimmer paper using the Owl builder punch and glued them on top of the hearts already on the cupcake.  Some dazzling diamonds was placed on the icing.

Vanilla seam binding was attached to the lower ending and a bow placed in the middle.

At the bottom end of this tangerine piece I attached a  fringed piece of designer paper which I fringed using the Paper Fringe scissors.
