Wine Box and Coordinating Wine Tag

I doing 3 craft shows 3 weekends in a row starting this Sunday, so I have been furiously making 3D items to put on my table.
One of the items I made was a Wine Box and then I made a wine tag to coordinate with it.  The tutorial I purchased from Technique Junkie so I am unable to share it with you.

As you can see I have used all retired products (mainly SAB) with the exception of the ribbon on the tag, the ink, and the Pool Party card stock.

Stamp: Feeling Sentimental (SAB)
Ink: Rich Razzelberry, Versa Mark
Papers: Bravo Burgundy, Pool Party, Retired DSP (SAB), Whisper White
Accessories: Crop-o-dile, 1 1/4" Not Quite Navy striped ribbon (for the handle), 1/2" stitched Summer Starfruit satin ribbon, 1 3/8" circle punch, Scallop oval punch, Scallop border punch, Pewter embossing powder.

Wow....I love this wine box. Do you have instructions to make the box that you would be willing to share? I have a wedding coming up and the bride loves her wine! =) If so, would you please point me in the right direction to get the instructions or would you please e-mail them to me at dodge3670atAOLdotcom. Thank you so much. I love your project!
