Papillon Potpourri Birthday - Sunny Challenges & Creations

There is no sketch at Sunny Challenges & Creations here  just the topic - birthday.  So, I made a birthday card as I have 3 birthdays next month.

Stamps: Papillon Potpourri, A Word for You
Inks: Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler, Black Stazon
Papers: Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler
Accessories: Brocade folder, Scallop trim border punch, Elegant butterfly punch, rhinestones

The butterflies were stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink onto Whisper White cardstock and the 2 larger ones punched with the Elegant butterfly punch.  The smaller one had to be cut by hand.  They were attached to the Whisper White panel with tombo glue, and rhinestones applied to their bodies.

The base card is Cherry Cobbler layered with Crumb Cake embossed with the Brocade folder which was sponged with Whisper White ink.

Maria this is so pretty and elegant. I love the butterflies and have to admit that embossing folder is one of my favourites. Thanks so much for joining us at Sunny Challenges and Creations this week.
