But today is Friday and time for the sketch challenge at Sketch Frenzy Friday here
Today's sketch is by Robbie Rubala:
Technique: The card base of Early Espresso is layered with Very Vanilla card stock and then Candlelight Christmas designer paper. A piece of Lucky Limeade ribbon is attached to the DSP about the middle of the card.
Image: On a piece of Very Vanilla card stock, the image of the pine branch was stamped two times along the left hand side - with Lucky Limeade ink. Then the images were stamped again with Soft Suede ink, and some dazzling diamonds was applied to the top branches.
An acorn was attached to each branch. They were stamped first with Soft Suede ink, then Early Espresso. Again, dazzling diamonds was applied to the acorns to mimic snow.
The image panel was matted with Early Espresso card stock and attached to the card front using dimensionals.
The corners were rounded using a 3/4" circle punch.
Stamps: Watercolor Winter, Greetings of the Season
Inks: Lucky Limeade, Soft Suede, Early Espresso
Papers: Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, Candlelight Christmas DSP
Accessories: 3/8" Lucky Limeade ruffled ribbon, Dazzling diamonds, dimensionals, 3/4" circle punch.
