Frosty Friends Warm Winter Wishes - Sketch Frenzy Friday

I'm off to another craft sale this weekend - a 3 day one - and as you read this post I will be setting up at the Community Center.  So, before I forget, Happy Thanksgiving, to my Canadian readers.
Today's sketch is brought to you by Patrice Herrera:

10/05/12 - Patrice
Technique:  The base card of Baja Breeze is layered with Whisper White embossed with the Northern Flurries folder.  Some Baja Breeze ink and a dauber highlighted the snowflakes, after which was dazzling diamonds were applied.
Image: You probably wondered why there are only 2 snowmen, when the stamp itself has 4.  To obtain the images of only the middle 2 snowmen, I masked the other 2 with a post it note, inked up the stamp, removed the post it notes (which are now covered with ink anyway) and stamped on Whisper White card stock.  This I matted with Baja Breeze.  The images were colored with markers, and dazzling details was applied lightly around each snow person.  Chunky silver glass glitter was applied to the ground using tombo glue as the adhesive.
The entire unit was attached to a strip of designer paper with a red glimmer scallop attached to one edge, using dimensionals.
The snowflake was made using the Snow Flurries die, and a silver glimmer brad inserted in the middle.  It was attached to the card using a glue dot.

Stamps: Frosty Friends, Bootiful Occasions
Inks: Black Stazon, SU markers, Baja Breeze
Papers: Baja Breeze, Whisper White, Snow Festival designer paper, Red glitter paper
Accessories: Northern Flurries folder, Silver chunky glitter, dazzling diamonds, dazzling details, Scallop border punch, Silver Glitter brad, Snow Flurry die

Don't forget to check out SFF's Face book page, and sign up to be an e-mail follower.  This can be done from the main page.
Stay healthy, and I'll see you next week.
