Fifth Avenue Floral Thank You - Challenge 168

The weather has been a bit cool here the last couple of days.  Easter Sunday was gorgeous and I spend the day on and off on the deck.  It's probably just as well that's it's cool and I'm itching to get out into the garden and start splitting the perennials for my plant sale in May.  Every year I have a plant sale, the profits of which go back into my garden.
The challenge this week with the Late Night Stampers group is a sketch challenge.

This is the sketch

Here is my card.  It was inspired in part by a card I saw on Pinterest:

I picked out a stamp set I haven't used for a while - Fifth Avenue Floral.
The smaller rose was stamped with Versamark on Whisper White paperk and embossed with white embossing powder.  The image was colored with a Pretty in Pink marker, than lightly painted with Frost White shimmer paint.  When dry, I colored over the top of the flower again just to make the pink a little more pronounced.  Each flower was then cut out and mounted on a 1 3/8" square of Whisper White embossed with the square lattice embossing folder.  Small pearls were applied to the stamens.

Edges of all papers were sponged with Pretty in Pink ink.

Stamps: Fifth Avenue Floral, Delightful Dozen
Inks: Versa Mark, Basic Black SU Marker (Pretty in Pink)
Papers: Pretty in Pink, Whisper White, Pretty in Pink designer paper
Accessories: Frost White shimmer paint, Square lattice embossing folder, Tulip edge embossing folder, Scallop border punch, 1 3/8`square punch, pearls, 3/8`` pink pirouette taffetta ribbon, dimensionals

Thanks Jonia. I don`t know why I chose pink and white. The colors were just in my head and they had to come out. Loved your comments.
