Simply Soft Birthday - Paper Players Challenge #81

Anyone who knows me knows that I like flowers - maybe like is too mild a word!  When you see this post you will see that my blog has had a face lift, and flowers are part of it.
So, when I saw what the challenge was with the Paper Players here I was in 7th heaven.   I did restrain myself though and made a simple clean card.
However, I missed the post deadline by a few hours - the time it took me to create this card.

The main image is from the Hostess stamp set:  Simply Soft, which is a 2 step stamping stamp set.  Now, its been a while since I used that particular technique, so I had to practice a bit, but I'm happy with the result.
The Boho Blossom punch was used to create the flowers.  Using paper snips, a small snip was made between every second petal, then the petals were folded up and a glimmer brad inserted in the center.  Some dazzling details was added to the petal ends.

Stamps: Simply Soft, Petite Pairs
Inks: Basic Black, Marina Mist
Papers: Marina Mist, Whisper White, Just Add Cake designer paper, Marina Mist designer paper, Pink Pirouette, Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Vintage wallpaper embossing folder, Boho blossom punch, Subtle glimmer brads, rhinestones, Curly Label \punch, dimensionals, Dazzling details
