Silver Anniversary Card - Try Stampin on Tuesday #54

A friend of mine asked me to make a 25th wedding anniversary card for her son and his wife.
The sketch with Try Stampin' on Tuesday here provided me with the perfect opportunity.

Here is the sketch

The Anniversary card:
The card was made using various shades and textures of silver for this Silver Anniversary Card.

The base  is Whisper White, matted with a layer of shiny silver cardstock embossed with the Elegant Bouquet embossing folder
Another piece of the silver cardstock was embossed with the Square lattice embossing folder and they became the horizontal elements. The tasteful trim die was used to make the silver glimmer rick rack.

Flower:
Using the Flower Daisies Die #2  two of each of the sizes of flowers were die cut in Whisper White card stock, and one of each using Silver glimmer paper.
The Whisper White flowers were painted with Platinum all purpose paint and a finger dauber and allowed to dry.
Using a bone folder the petals were turned up and adhered together using tombo glue, alternating the petals.  A flower brad was put in the middle, and a large pearl was placed on top of that.

Here is a close up of the flower:

An envelope box will be made to put the 3D card in and it will be hand delivered to the happy couple.

Card Recipe:
Stamp: Teeny tiny wishes
Ink: Basic black
Papers: Whisper White, Silver Glimmer, Shiny Silver card stock
Accessories: Elegant Bouquet embossing folder, Square lattice embossing folder, Daisies Flower die #2, Tasteful Trim die, Flower brad, Large pearl, Word window punch, Modern word label punch, small pearls.

This looks like vintage metal. It also looks like it took a long time to do. THanks for playing along at Try Stampin On Tuesday
