Nature Walk - Enjoy - Sketch Frenzy Friday

Has it already been a week since the surgery?  Everything went well with no complications this time.  But this staying in bed is for the birds!
So because it's Friday, its time for another blog hop with Sketch Frenzy Friday.
This week's sketch is by: Jennifer Waide

08/05/11 Jennifer Weide

Here is my sample:

Stamps: Nature Walk, You're a Gem
Inks: Soft Suede, SU Markers (Tangerine Delight, Soft suede, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black, Bashful Blue, Pear Pizzazzx, Elegant Eggplant), Early Espresso, Black Stazon
Papers:  Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, whisper White, Well worn designer paper, Not Quite Navy
Accessories: Scallop border punch, Work Window Punch, Small oval punch, Curly Label Punch

The images were stamped using Black Stazon ink.  They were then colored using markers and an Aqua Painter,  The images were the cut out and mounted on the Whisper White panel that had been treated with Soft Suede ink on a clear block.  I quite like the effect that created.  Before I adhered the robin, I stamped the robin image in Early Espresso ink, and placed the robin just on top of it, so it looks like there is a shadow.
All edges were sponged with Early Espresso ink.

Now its your turn to create something using this sketch .  Don't forget to upload it on the homepage here

Your next stop is Patricia's blog here and check out her creation.  Check out the other team members (name and blog address in side bar) and don't forget to leave a comment.

Stay well, and I'll see you next week.
