Where am I from? Challenge 105

When you take a look at this card can you guess where I am originally from?  I emigrated to Canada when I was 6 years old, and have limited memories of my life in that country.  As far as I am concerned I am Canadian.  However, recently I have become interested in my roots, and have started a scrapbook of my family and its history.  It's been very enlightening.
Here's the card.  I bet you can't guess!!!
Stamp: Vintage Label
Inks: The background was made using different shades of chalks in blues and greens.  The sentiment was stamped with Basic Black.  The edges of the windmill were sponged with Soft Suede; the markings on the windmill were made using chocolate chip
marker.
Papers: Pacific Point, Whisper White, Soft Suede, Cocord Crush, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive
Accessories: The small heart punch was used to make the tulips; Tulip edge embossing folder, black brad, stampin dimensionals.

I drew the windmill and the vanes by hand using a model of a windmill left to me by my parents. The edges were sponged to give it a 3D appearance.

Okay, what country am I from?

What a fabulous card...my guess is Holland - home of the windmills and tulips!

Wonderful card, I took have been to Holland, I went to the tulip festival I know I can't remember how to spell it something like the Kerkenhauf and that's from 1977 so you know I didn't spell it right. Lovely country, adorable card. I did see miles of tulips.
