A Cardinal Christmas - challenge 87

For challenge 87 - make a single layer card, I used the embossing folder Petals-a-Plenty with a flattened oval in the middle.  I did this by making an cardboard oval shape and placing it on top of the embossing folder and then running it through the Big Shot.  The cardboard prevents the embossing process and gives you a flat surface to stamp on.
The image was painted with reinkers to which a few drops of champagne mist shimmer paint was added - using a tiny paint brush.  The background was painted using an Aqua brush
Stamp: A Cardinal Christmas
Ink: Black Stazon, Reinkers (Old Olive, Real Red,Daffodil Delight, Marina Mist)
Paper: Real Red, Whisper White
Accessories: Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder, Shimmer Paint (Champagne Mist)

Beautiful card Maria, the embossing around this image makes the cardinal pop right out! Cheers, Lora Sinkler-Lake www.crazystamper.typepad.com
