Getting the Christmas Tree - Try Stampin' on Tuesday #36

It's not quite time for cutting down your own Christmas Tree.  We have Halloween to get through.  But after that Christmas season is in full swing. But I couldn't resist these little bunnies pulling their tree on a sleight looks of anticipation on their faces.

Stamps: Forest Festivities, Frostwood Lodge
Inks: Black stazon, Basic black, Reinkers (Garden Green, Old Olive, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Chocolate Chip, Soft Suede)

The images were painted with a mixture of reinker and Platinum shimmer paint, using a small paint brush.  Too bad you can't see it in real life because the images shimmer!

Christmas Eve at Christmas Lodge

I let my imagination get the best of me with this card for the Stamping 411 Saturday sketch challenge here

For the focal image I started with a piece of Whisper White card stock and covered it with a light coat of Frost White shimmer paint.
After the paint was dry, I used dotto adhesive to adhere a 1 1/4" circle to the upper right area.  I then sponged the outer edges with Island Indigo ink and the middle with  Marina Mist ink. The 1 1/4" circle was then removed and I lightly sponged some Daffodil Delight over the moon and on the sky around the moon.
The image of the lodge was then stamped so that part of the roof was over the moon.
Dazzling diamonds was then adhered to all areas of the lodge covered with snow.
Using the Day 8 stamp from 25 and counting, I stamped 2 reindeer flying over the moon.  The other reindeer hadn't arrived yet. Can't you just hear:  "On Dasher, On Dancer..."
