This is not my original idea and I watched a number of You Tube videos before attempting to make this pop up card on my own. The two video tutorials I found most helpful were made by the following: Tanu Creative ( measurements in metric), and Linda Heller.
Here's my card:
Stamp: Shaded Summer
Inks: Shaded Spruce, Soft Sea Foam, Daffodil Delight, Stampin' Blends (Soft Sera Foam, Shaded Spruce)
Papers: Shaded Spruce, Basic White, Celebrate Everything DSP, Soft Sea Side Foam
Accessories: Summer Shadows dies, Matte Decorative Dots, Brushed Brass Butterflies, 3/4" White Frayed Ribbon, Baker's twine decorative design pack, Dimensionals, 1/8" Hand held punch
Making the Purse:
DSP 4 by 9 1/2" scored at 1, and 3 1/2" on the 4" side; turn and score at 3 1/2, 4, and 4 1/2" , at 8, 8 1/2, and 9". Cut according to the guide on video tutorials.
Twine: 2 pieces of 5" each
I use different stamp sets and DSP in the small video clip below.
Measurements:
Basic White: Front: 4 by 2 1/2 top front, 2 1/2 by 4 " front lower
Inside: 2 by 4" top inside; 4 by 4 3/4" inside middle; 2 1/2 by 4" for bottom
DSP Pattern 1: 1 3/4 by 2 1/4" top front: 1 3/4 by 3 3/4" top inside
Pattern 2: 2 1/4 by 3 3/4" top inside 2 3/4 by 4 lower front
