My sister's birthday is next month. I made this very special slimline card for her
I wanted the card to be very special, simple yet sophisticated and in one of her favourite colours.
The card stock base is Purple Posy 7 by 9" scored on the 7" side to form a 3 1/2 by 9" slim line card. This was matted with Whisper White 3 1/4 by 8 3/4" followed by Hydrangea DSP.
The central rectangular art piece are 2 layers of different die cuts - both from Stitched So Sweetly dies. The sentiment, die cut in Highland Heather card stock adhered to an adhesive sheet is from the Floral Gallery dies. These words are adhered at an angle on the layered die cuts on the card front,
Above and below the sentiment words are two flower pairs coloured with Purple Posy blends and fussy cut from the true love DSP. The leaves are coloured with Old Olive. Some black prills were added on the stamens of each flower
